Why did you become a designer?
As a child, I always wanted to be an artist. After leaving school, I started a traditional apprenticeship in a completely different industry, but quickly realized that it wasn't the right thing for me. But I've always liked shaping things and bringing them together to create something beautiful. So I decided to go back in a creative direction and do my bachelor's degree in design, and I really like my job as a graphic designer today.

Why do you work at ungestalt?
What I appreciate most at ungestalt is the team and the harmony. In addition, of course, the advantages of the four-day week and the flexibility to switch between headquarters and home office. As a designer, I have a lot of personal responsibility here and at the same time the freedom to try things out and grow. There is no typical job description here, which means you never stop learning.
