Electronic Synthesis III Festival

In the third year of the festival series Synthesis at Weltecho Chemnitz, the focus was on promoting a lively female and non-binary pro­ducing scene, which is still lacking in Chemnitz. A lecture on female em­power­ment in the music scene opened the meeting. In the workshops by women for women and people who cannot be clearly categorised in the prevailing gender binary were dedicated to the exchange of ex­perience and know­ledge on topics such as music production and electronic sound generation. Performances by female art­ists rounded off the evening.
