He then worked for many years as a freelance programmer, specialising in web development and usability. Ondrej joined our team in October 2025 as a freelancer in the areas of innovation management and media technology. With his many years of IT experience, he enriches our team with his expert support for our technical infrastructure.
Why do you do what you do?
Because I enjoy analysing and understanding processes and procedures within a company or team and helping to improve and simplify them. I particularly enjoy working closely with the individual departments and gaining an understanding of the different areas. With my IT background, I also look for software-based or digital solutions, but not exclusively.
Why do you work at ungestalt?
My second area of responsibility at ungestalt is managing media technology and developing digital and hybrid (analogue/digital) learning and teaching stations with a focus on game concepts. I try to convey knowledge in a playful way with the help of small games. This fulfils my childhood dream of creating computer games, which challenges my creativity, programming skills and technical tinkering skills.
