Buenas Beatriz! Beatriz Oria Lombardia is an interdisciplinary designer with a background in industrial and exhibition design, as well as cultural mediation. She explores, designs, builds, photographs, communicates, collaborates, dyes textiles and organizes workshops on all kinds of topics. During her product design master's degree at the Bauhaus University Weimar, she focused on spatial projects, artistic research and participatory formats. She has just joined us and enriches the team with her three-dimensional flair and holistic approach.

Why did you become a designer?
I would say that my design practice was driven by curiosity. From a moment of fascination about a phenomenon around me and the desire to explore its possibilities in all possible directions. Exploring, trying, rejecting, perfecting, reflecting, sharing. For me, design is a playground and a tool for participation and active exploration of the world in which we find ourselves.

Why do you work at ungestalt?
I haven't been here that long, but I was originally attracted by the collective's guiding principles. I think it's great that the individual skills of each employee are recognized and promoted beyond fixed categories and I like the relaxed atmosphere in the office.

Successful projects

We are busy and working on it.
