Modular Synthesis I was the kick-off of the Synthesis Festival series at Weltecho Chemnitz. This day was dedicated to analogue electronic sound synthesis - with workshops, showcases, a film screening and live performances. Accordingly, the event poster and the web graphics recreate the longing image of many synthesiser fans: a modular synthesiser. The aim of the vector illustration is to depict all details as realistically as possible without imitating a particular brand. Whether sounds would come out of the device with this wiring, however, remains to be tested :)
